The machine offers five-dimensional adjustments: precise control over flocking time, output power, and production cycle, with 0-999s operation delay settings. It supports "single-drive" or "dual-drive" mode selection and manual/automatic operation switching. Ideal for both small-batch customization and assembly line workflows, it allows rapid storage and recall of flocking parameters for diverse materials, significantly improving production changeover efficiency.

Each unit undergoes 72-hour continuous operational testing, including voltage fluctuation simulations, mechanical durability checks, and software stability evaluations across 20+ criteria. Critical components utilize imported precision guide rails and servo systems, paired with sealed dust-proofing, maintaining positioning accuracy within ±0.1mm even under prolonged high-frequency use.

Compliant with IP54 protection standards, all electrical components meet EMC anti-interference certification. The machine is packed in shockproof wooden crates with custom foam molds to prevent core part displacement during transit. A dedicated toolkit, Chinese-language instructional videos, and remote installation support are included.

Optimized for cylindrical/flat workpieces (30-500mm diameter), interchangeable screens enable gradient, multi-color, or positioned flocking effects.
